The midwest is home to a large number of carriage enthusiasts and some wonderful private and public collections. We are pleased to visit this part of the country to see some of these interesting and unique collections.
The Visit is Limited to 50 Participants.

Hotel

Host Hotel: Cambria East Hotel, 5045 Eastpark Blvd, Madison, WI 53718

The Cambria East Hotel, Madison, is conveniently located near Madison Dane County Regional Airport (MSN) with a hotel shuttle to the terminal which runs daily from 8am-5pm. Amenities include an on-site restaurant serving regional dishes and local craft beers. Wifi is included throughout the hotel. Guest rooms are stylish and spacious, and they offer a microwave and refrigerator, sofa sleeper, premium bedding and a separate work area. Parking is free and convenient. The full-service restaurant and bar open Tuesday-Saturday, 5-10 p.m

The CAA single/double room rate is $145.00 per night (Wednesday through Saturday nights), plus applicable taxes, and includes breakfast. Please call the hotel’s reservation department by September 9 at (608) 241-7070 and mention “2026 CAA Museum Visit” to receive the group rate. The group rate is first come, first serve. Make your own hotel reservations. Check-in is 4:00 pm; Check-out is Noon. Cut-off date for CAA room rate is September 9, 2026.

Full Meeting Registration is $385.00/Per Person and Includes:

Welcome Dinner on Thursday
Entrance Fees and Exclusive Private Tour at the Circus World Museum
Entrance Fees and Private Tour at the Wade House Historic Site

Transport via Private Motorcoach Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
