Loula Long Combs' first sentence was, "Please buy me a pony," according to her father, R. A. Long. *   This video, among other things, shows her winning the coaching quick change competition.  Practice makes perfect and her team practiced until they could execute a complete change of four-in-hand horses in less than a minute.
