It also examines the proportions and aesthetic charm of these vehicles, providing full-color illustrations of advertised paint and fabric samples and closeups of artistic detail.

This book is a history of American carriages and carriage building, and although features some items in the Stony Brook collection, it is not a catalog of the collection.
