2017 CAA Learning Weekend - Feb 2-4th
Join us in sunny Florida this winter for a gathering of carriage and driving enthusiasts from around the world. The Grand Oaks Carriage Museum is home to one of the world’s largest private collections of carriages and equine artifacts. Step back in time and enjoy the elegance and pageantry of more than 160 European and American carriages, including the elaborate 1850 Armbruster Dress Chariot once owned by Emperor of Austria Franz Joseph, and his wife, Elisabeth. The museum offers a unique glimpse into the history of the relationship between man and horse and clearly defines the manner in which the horse has helped shape the history of man.
All Learning Weekend activities (talks, carriage and other demos, round-table discussions, refreshments, lunches, tours, and Saturday evening’s dinner / dance) are included in the package fee of $195 per person.
Day passes are also available for $85 per person per day.
