Whether you wish to compete, volunteer, officiate, organize, or are simply wishing to expand your knowledge – this is the meeting for you! An officials clinic will be held during the event with an international AIAT judge (Raimundo Coral of Spain) and TD (Paul Mills of the United Kingdom) there to instruct.

The Grand Oaks Concours International d’Attelage de Tradition & The Grand Oaks Classic Pleasure Driving Show

The Grand Oaks Resort are the organizers of the Attelage and the pleasure show and details and entry forms can be found at www.thegrandoaks.com The CAA will be hosting a separate meeting and will use Friday’s Concours d’Attelage de Tradition event as a learning tool for the Official’s Clinic and for us all to watch and enjoy.

CAA Carriage Showcase

Your vehicle can be entered either driven or static. For your convenience, your vehicle can be judged at your stalls, or during the Attelage event.

CAA Driver Proficiency Evaluators will be in attendance at this event. If you’d like to be evaluated please contact the office to schedule your Driver Proficiency Evaluation.

Hotel

Conveniently off Highways 27 and 441 near the Harris Chain of Lakes, about 15 miles from Interstate 75, the Comfort Suites - The Villages is within walking distance of the Spanish Springs Town Square, as well as nearby restaurants. The hotel offers an outdoor heated pool, breakfast, free wifi, and a fitness center. The CAA has a block of rooms at the Comfort Suites - The Villages with a room rate of $144.00 per night, plus taxes, breakfast included. Cut-off date is January 14, 2025.
